Golf is not a job. I get to have the best fun every day whether its reading or writing about golf, hosting golf days, doing trick-shot clinics or guest speaking, filming for SuperGolf or Supersport or pottering around Zwartkop. I m unashamedly passionate about every aspect of the game, so much so that when I retire I’ll do exactly what I do now!
Red tees, halfway house deserts, fairway fashion statements, wondering Woods, rough lies, bogey blues, taking score, reading the between the lines and out-driving the guys- these are a few of my favorite things to experience when I'm not writing a Bird's Eye View about them all.

Mission : to try help raise the perceived interest in Women's Golf in SA. The interest is there, but media and sponsors have perception it is not.
Media Coverage = Interest = Sponsorship = Success
They all depend on one another
After attending a 2-day R&A rules course, I realised 30-odd years of playing golf did not make me an expert on the rules.
It also helped me realise that there must be hundreds of golfers out there who think they know the rules because of playing the game for so long, but it isn't that simple.
So I set out to research and write a rules book that put the rules in a simple and easy to understand format so that all golfers could play in the true spirit golf is intended.
And now I have started a blog on Compleat Golfer's website to answer any rule-related questions anyone might have.

Liam and Herm are just two guys who love golf. Sometimes they have good days, other days are not so good, but for them, any day on a golf course is a day worth celebrating. In their blog they poke fun at some of the golfing rituals we’ve come to accept, and look a bit further back at the game’s history.
