Presidents Cup teams update

The news that South African Tim Clark will definitely not be able to take part in the Presidents Cup later this year has opened the door for a crop of Australian golfers hoping to be one of Greg Norman's captain's picks.

Geoff Ogilvy and Robert Allenby are 12th and 13th respectively on the points list, with Clark 11th, which effectively makes them next in line.

Japan's Ryo Ishikawa has moved into the top 10 despite shooting the worst round of his career in the PGA Championship.

Charl Schwartzel is the leading South African in third place, with Retief Goosen, Ernie Els and Louis Oosthuizen among the top 10.

The teams are made up of the top 10 qualifiers plus two captain's picks.
