Taking Relief from Casual Water Some additional points:Relief is available anywhere on the course - ie fairway, rough, bunkers, putting green, divot holes if containing water.Also, player gets relief if ball or stance is in water but may not exert pressure with his feet or with club head so as to raise water and thus claim relief.
