Mother Nature makes changes to Valhalla
 comments: 3
Preparations for the Ryder Cup were disrupted this weekend as the remnants of Hurricane Ike swept over Valhalla, with winds of over 140 kilometres per hour knocking over a television tower, damaging hospitality tents and knocking over trees.
"The television tower behind the 12th green was blown over on to the green and caused a couple of small indentations which have already been corrected and repaired,“ said tournament director Kerry Haigh. “The PGA of America is working to clean up all affected areas and is confident that when spectators arrive on Tuesday for the first full practice round, Valhalla will be ready for the biggest event in golf this year.”
Defending champs Europe will be bidding for a fourth successive victory over the United States, and a sixth in seven editions, when the biennial competition starts on Friday.

Super Tigerless Clash
I have a feeling Jimenez and Westwood are gonna shine, but Perry, Leonard and Kim are not going to be easily knocked over.

All Stars and No Stripes
I think the Europeans are going to take the 'stripes' from the Yanks, and all they will be left with is seeing the 'stars'.
