TaylorMade seem to defy the current economic slowdown, coming out with new and exciting products while other companies seem to be pulling in the on product development and current expenditure. The Mole (who is a fan of the Itsy Bitsy Spider) managed to get his hands on these images...

It’s becoming somewhat of a tradition that Scotty Cameron releases a commemorative headcover for all of the Majors. This is the latest one for the US Open.

Something the Mole failed to pick up is that Tiger has changed drivers at some point during his comeback. He is now using a Nike SQ Dymo 380 driver with 10.5° of loft instead of his old Sasquatch. A bizarre fact is that when Tiger first started on Tour he was using a 6.5° driver!

With the market in the US crumbling, companies have to work a lot harder to get people to buy new product. The latest commercials from Titleist and Footjoy certainly got the Mole in the mood to play golf and/or buy some new equipment. Check them out!

Callaway recently published a press release where they have formally asked the USGA to remove the Tour i ball with the original sidestamp from its list of conforming golf balls...

TaylorMade broke news of the R9 early this year and, since its first appearance, it has been a huge hit (excuse the pun...). It is currently the number-one driver model on the PGA Tour and so far has been a great success, so why introduce another one?

The latest craze in golf in the US at the moment seems to be the Heavy Putter. And no, this is not the guy who walks on your line all the time... After signing the new and improved John Daly as their Staff Player, it’s no wonder they are causing quite a stir.
