Yips

Question:
Dr....I am 75 years old and very active. My golfing index is 8.7..My question is......How do I rid my swing of the yips?

Answer:
Well , first of all, you are not bad for your age ! Well done and keep it going. At your age, the first thing that may may cause the yips is a a nervous system that is not functioning optimally. By that I mean that the nerves are not carrying messages from the brain to the muscle efficiently. My first bit of advice would thus be use supplements that would feed the nervous system to function better.

The two products that I would recommend are Food For Thought ( Brain Food ) and WIN Omega3 (high omega3 concentration).

More info on theses products can be found on the website www.zoiwellness.co.za ( use the code costa25 to receive a 25% discount as a compleat golfer reader).

If this does not solve you problem ,please email me again and we will take the next step.

Regards

Costa
