Reverse Swing

Question:
Dear Doctor, A right handed golfer twists around time after time, to the left. Is it important for ones health, to practice the swing in the reverse, so that both sides of the body, (particularly the back) are equally exercised? Thank you, Barbara
Answer:
Dear Barbara.
As long as your body is balanced, and by that I mean that every part of your body functions ( muscles)as it should, there would not be a need to practice the swing in reverse.
In fact by doing it in reverse you may affect the wiring of your brain in terms of your normal swing.Really sounds crazy, but it is true.
In fact ,we have developed a system here in South Africa which actually switches you body on to perform properly.
It is a technique where we teach you to switch on your own body. We are launching the technique internationally and is currently been used by some of the top sportsman and women and golfers in the world.
The technique called logical activation (Muscle activation) will increase power, flexibilty, endurance, consistency and stability
If you are interested please let me know and I will give you more info. Take care Costa
