Hi What does the SPF stand for? Is it the number of minutes you can be exposed to the sun for or it the density (if that is the correct terminology) of the suntan lotion?

Dear Doctor; I've played very little golf over the past 3 years due to my wife's illness.I am 72 years old and have played since I was a teenager and am very avid about the game. I have been diagnosed with spinal stenosis which causes me a lot of pain and stiffness. Can you give me any advice that will help me?

Hi Doc, I can practice chipping with very good results, but perform very badly on the course. Have taken lessons, and was told that I had good technique. I tend to tighten up on the course. Have tried several things to relax but have not been sucessful.

Dear Doctor, A right handed golfer twists around time after time, to the left. Is it important for ones health, to practice the swing in the reverse, so that both sides of the body, (particularly the back) are equally exercised? Thank you, Barbara
