How can I protect my skin better (I already use the sp50)? Our skin takes quite a beating in the sun and this probably makes our skin dry out a lot quicker than most men/woman our age.

Good Day,I experience severe pain on the outside of my right arm just above elbow. This started with driver shots and worsened to even putting and hand shakes I just can not play the game and a ortho said nothing can fix it, but an operation. There are so many opinions on this! I am reluctant to have an operation. Can you advise what course of action I should take.5 weeks of rest has done nothing and I need to get back to golf. Regards Colin

Dear Doc I have had golfer's elbow for 3 months now. A friend said that I should take omega 3 oils to help the elbow. Will omega3 oils work and how much do I use ?

Thanks Gill Evans

Hi Doc.I have incredible pain in my right and left groin, to an extent that at times when I play golf, I almost fall flat to the ground. I have been to the specialists who did sonar and xrays, verdict was there is nothing wrong. I still have to live with the pain nevertheless. Is there anything else you can think of. Kind regards. I am somewhat of an eager (but social) golfer and have only been playing the game for three years. In the middle of March this year I tore my left Achilles tendon while playing squash and this necessitated an operation and the usual three months on crutches and in the plastic air cast. My question to you is this - will golf endanger this Achilles tendon repair (I am a right-handed player) and how soon would it be advisable to be back on the golf course? What worries me is not so much the long walk, as I suspect this help in the rehab process, but the torque that the 'planted' left ankle would go through during a shot. Many thanks GG
