With Hunter Mahan having won his second PGA Tour title in the last two months at the Shell Houston Open and his bag already being featured recently, this week’s ‘What’s in the Bag’ showcases Sicilian Open winner Thorbjorn Olesen’s bag of mixed golf clubs.

Olesen made the jump from the European Challenge Tour to the full tour just two years ago and immediately made his presence felt when he finished tied for second in the 2010 Alfred Dunhill Championship at Leopard Creek. He has since been collecting a number of top 10 finishes before his breakthrough win last week.

Strangely enough, Olesen is actually a Srixon staff player, using the brand’s golf ball, but his woods and irons are all Titleist, as well as his putter being a Scotty Cameron. Check out the rest of his golf clubs below.

Driver: Titleist 910D3 (8.5 degree; Mitsubishi Diamana shaft)

Fairway Wood: Titleist 910F (13.5 degree; Mitsubishi Diamana shaft)

Hybrid: Titleist 910H (17 degree; Mitsubishi Diamana shaft)

Irons (3-9): Titleist MB (True Temper Project X 6.5 shafts)

Wedges: Cleveland 588 (47, 54 and 60 degree)

Putter: Scotty Cameron prototype

Ball: Srixon Z-Star

Next week’s is bound to be a big one although the golf clubs of Rory McIlroy, Tiger Woods and Luke Donald have all been featured very recently, so hopefully one of the five South Africans in the field will don the Green Jacket come early Monday morning.
