Behind the scenes at Nike Golf's Oven

Ever wondered what golf equipment looks like before it hits the shelves as clean, polished irons or that shiny new driver? At The Oven, Nike Golf does all of its testing and even builds Tiger’s and the rest of the tour professionals’ golf clubs there too.

It is not often that golf club manufacturers actually show images of their research facilities, but Nike Golf has and there are a couple of great pics on its Facebook page, so go and check it out.

Nike Golf also has a page on its website with some videos of The Oven. You can learn about the guys behind the golf clubs and the clubs themselves. Nike Golf even has its own dedicated YouTube page where videos of the new commercials, latest golf clubs and interviews with Nike Golf staff players are hosted.

And if that is not enough, Nick Bayly visited The Oven last year and you can read all about his experience by clicking here.

The most golf Major championships in the 21st century

The most amazing thing about Nike Golf is how it only really started making headlines when Tiger jumped onto the scene 15 years ago, and look at what it has become today. Apart from Tiger and his 14 Major championships, Nike Golf has also had Stewart Cink, Lucas Glover, David Duval and our very own Charl Schwartzel and Trevor Immelman claiming one of the big four titles in golf. This has also made it the brand with the most Major championship victories in the last decade.

Check out the videos and images of Nike Golf and give the golf clubs a try. If it’s good enough for Tiger and Charl, then it’s definitely good enough for you.

Do you have any Nike Golf clubs in your bag? If so, let us know what you think about them on our Facebook page.
